Our patients generally receive reimbursement from their insurance carriers in 2-3 weeks. We are out-of-network providers and therefore have no connection to your insurance plan.

A $220 nonrefundable deposit is required to schedule your initial consultation.. It will be applied to the cost of your first visit.

We use the highest quality biocompatible materials and will custom order materials to meet your specific needs. These custom specifics are reflected in our fees.
