Meet the Team

Michele M. Rich, DMD, graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Dentistry in 2001. She currently serves as a colonel in U.S. Army Dental Corps and has the honor and privilege to take care of our soldiers’ dental needs all over the world. A member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky Dental Associations, she stays current in many of the professional organizations of her peers.

Dr. Michele Rich has completed extensive training at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) in Advanced Esthetics and displays a unique passion for making smiles beautiful. She has been recognized as an elite dental provider, winning the prestigious MAC Model Search award, and specializes in making all-porcelain restorations utilizing the CEREC CAD/CAM system for over 20 years. This state-of-the-art technology allows efficient same-day treatment opportunities to better serve our expansive patient base on a comprehensive level. She has earned her accreditation with the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) and, current in her SMART certification, is proud to be able to provide safe and holistic dentistry utilizing the most biologically friendly materials and techniques. Integrating the use of oxygen ozone therapy techniques in all treatment modalities, the standard of care provided at the Pittsburgh Center for Holistic Dentistry remains second to none.

Completing training with the American College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry, Dr. Michele Rich is also board certified as a Naturopathic Physician. As a personal passion, she enjoys exploring the world of energy medicine and has completed advanced trainings in ACMOS, A.R.T., and BioGeometry techniques. Bringing this unique perspective to patient care, she is able to connect with and enhance the holistic experience in health and healing.

Katie graduated with an Associates of Science degree from WCCC's Dental Hygiene program in 2011 and has been in private practice ever since. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and the IAOMT. Her passion for holistic health and wellness is lifelong and she is thrilled to help you maintain your smile! She and her husband own a small business and reside near Leechburg, Westmoreland County. They are humbly raising two handsome "great outdoors" loving sons! Together they care for their German Shorthair Pointer, a dozen or so chickens, two Nigerian Dwarf goats, and a hearty colony of bees. Katie's hobbies include gardening, hiking, reading and other homesteading activities. She is also the nursery director at her church, and loves caring for children.

Anndi is a proud University of Pittsburgh graduate with over 6 years of dental experience. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she is committed to providing personalized care while ensuring her patients feel informed and empowered during their visit! Education and personal connection are her two favorite things within this career! She also has extensive experience and advanced training in local anesthesia, dental assisting, and dental lab fabrication utilizing the CEREC/CAD CAM system. With this cross training, you may see her at any one of your visits! Outside the dental office, Anndi enjoys world travel, hiking, comedy shows, and cuddling with her 2 cats!

Ashley is our office superstar assistant! She has been dental assisting since high school and has a unique understanding of the creative and artistic aspects of dentistry. Ashley is a certified phlebotomist and is also certified in oxygen ozone therapies for dentistry. She and her husband, Jared, are raising two beautiful daughters, Miranda and Melanie.

Nancy joined our practice after working for many years in the dental field. She enjoys assisting patients in acquiring healthy smiles by providing information and through a positive experience in the office. Nancy enjoys music, creative art projects, and travel. Nancy and her husband, David, love spending time with their three daughters and their families.
