When you schedule an appointment, we will be taking a thorough medical history, including a COVID-19 screening. We want to ensure it is safe to treat you at this time - for yourself, our staff, and other patients. When calling, please have that information readily available - along with any changes to your medical history including current medications and supplements.

Safety of our patients and staff is a top priority for us. We want to make sure we can get our patients needs met while providing a safe environment. We have taken additional infection control measures which include, but are not limited to:

• taking and recording the temperatures of the patients and staff
• limiting how many patients are treated at a time to reduce who patients come in contact with
• introducing surgically clean air technology and UVC light sanitizers that allows us to purify the air
• reducing harmful aerosols and providing our staff with top line personal protective equipment

Please call us when you have parked your car and we will text you when your treatment room is ready. Please be patient because we will be limiting the amount of patients in our clinic. You are permitted to bring your phone and payment method which we will sanitize in a UVC light unit prior to taking you to your treatment room. You will be given a mask and shoe covers and be taken to the hand wash station prior to entering your treatment room. Please leave ALL other personal items in your car including all outerwear and handbags. The only people permitted in our clinic are patients, or if a minor, they are allowed one parent or guardian with them.
