Initial Visit<\/h3>\n

During your initial visit we will perform a thorough evaluation and develop an individualized treatment plan. We will take all required records including Full Mouth X-rays using digital equipment, which reduces your exposure by as much as 90%. Please bring any previous biocompatibility testing reports and any additional test results you would like the doctor to review with you to this initial visit. When necessary we are more than happy to coordinate your care with your M.D., N.M.D., or N.D. and several referral options are made available should you require an additional medical consultation prior to your treatment. The doctor is very thorough and will be spending time developing your customized treatment plan so we can appropriately schedule your future dental visits.<\/p>\n

Our team is dedicated to providing you and your family with state-of-the-art, mercury-free, mercury-safe, fluoride-free, restorative and esthetic dentistry in a modern high-tech facility designed for your comfort. We can help you achieve and maintain optimal dental health, restore problem areas, and cosmetically enhance the appearance of your smile.<\/p>\n

The initial exam and consultation fee is $220 and is paid at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. We estimate the appointment to be 90 minutes in length. We will take a panoramic x-ray and bitewings prior to the examination. Fee for the x-rays is $188.<\/p>\n

Due to sensitivities of staff members and patients, we are a fragrance-free office. We appreciate your consideration in this matter and ask that you and any family members avoid wearing fragrances, colognes, perfumes or scented body lotions to the appointment.<\/p>\n
